Other Notes

• Stacks with Astrology and Special Days effects.
• The effect of this perk can be obtained by using The artificer cape.
• You cannot wear the cape if you have the perk.
• This perk was at one time taken out of game and pickpoints returned after some controversy over misleading information given by the Wraith and was re-introduced after reduction of the chances and introduction of astrology.
